During a rally held in Carson City, Nevada, President Trump also spoke about Armenians. "Armenians are good people, they love their country, and by the way, they are excellent businessmen. As I was coming in, I saw many Armenians lining the streets with beautiful flags. I envy your spirit; Armenians have a strong spirit for their country. We will work in certain directions," said Trump, noticing American Armenians waving Armenian flags among the crowd.

Earlier, thousands of American Armenian protesters had gathered on the streets of Newport Beach, California, along with many of Trump's supporters, to make their voices heard against the President, who had come to participate in a private fundraiser.
