Car Damaged by Cluster Bomb in Red Market; Driver Killed

The Artsakh Information Headquarters has released photographs showing a car that was damaged by a cluster bomb in the Red Market. The driver has died.

It should be noted that another violation of the humanitarian ceasefire was recorded today at 19:00. The location of the incident is the Red Market community in the Martuni region. Azerbaijan shelled the community with cluster munitions from a 'Smerch' system, with preliminary reports indicating that one civilian has been killed.
