One of the hospitals targeted by the adversary located in the northeastern direction. Defense Ministry spokesperson Shushan Stepanyan stated that this is what official Baku has been deliberately denying.

We declare that, unlike Armenia, the Azerbaijani army refrains from firing at civilian infrastructure and non-military targets. Our army strictly adheres to the humanitarian ceasefire regime,” stated the official Baku.
