Martuni Region's Karmir Shuka Community Shelled; One Civilian Killed

A further violation of the humanitarian ceasefire was recorded at 19:00. This was reported by the State Emergency Situations Service of the Artsakh Republic.

"A further violation of the humanitarian ceasefire was recorded at 19:00. The targeted location is the Karmir Shuka community in the Martuni region. Azerbaijan shelled the community with 'Smerch' cluster munitions, resulting in the preliminary report of one civilian casualty," stated the State Emergency Situations Service of the Artsakh Republic.
