Azerbaijani Soldiers Humiliate and Kill Armenian Prisoners of War: Artsakh Human Rights Defender

The Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, addressed the video released on Azerbaijani media depicting the alleged execution of Armenian prisoners of war through his Twitter account.

“A video has been published on Azerbaijani social networks showing how Azerbaijani soldiers humiliate and kill Armenian prisoners of war, one of whom is an elderly civilian. We already have numerous pieces of evidence of such war crimes, which are denied by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense. Here is the evidence from an Azerbaijani source,” Beglaryan wrote.
