Another Violation of the Humanitarian Ceasefire Recorded at 7:00 PM
Another violation of the humanitarian ceasefire was recorded at 7:00 PM. The target location is the community of Karmir Shuka in the Martuni region. Azerbaijan has shelled the community with "Smerch" cluster munitions, and preliminary reports indicate that one civilian has been killed. This information was provided by the State Emergency Situations Service of Artsakh on their Facebook page.
