Video: Russian Aerospace Forces Strike Syrian Camp of Fighters Battling in Nagorno-Karabakh
The Russian Aerospace Forces (VKS) have launched strikes on a camp in Syria's Idlib province where militants are being trained to participate in the armed conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh. This information comes from the "Russian Spring" publication, which is close to the Russian Ministry of Defense.
A video posted on the "Russian Spring" YouTube channel captures the moment of the explosion and its aftermath. The description indicates that "the Russian Aerospace Forces have begun to destroy the terrorists' training camps due to the Nagorno-Karabakh situation."
The publication's source notes that intelligence had recently obtained detailed information about a large training camp located two kilometers from the settlement of Kafr-Dibbain. Following this, surveillance of the camp began, along with the recording of the terrorists' negotiations.
It was revealed that several hundred militants were preparing in the specified area, training as "operator of anti-tank guided missiles (ATGM)" and "driver-mechanic" specialists. The camp was reportedly evaluating the operations of bandit groups, according to "Russian Spring." The preparations are being conducted by pro-Turkish instructors and representatives of an anonymous private military company.
Two Su-34 and two Su-24M fighters struck seven objects in the camp, including command posts, shelters, and camouflaged military equipment.
