The Number of Civilian Casualties Due to Azerbaijani Aggression Reaches 32, Says Artsakh Ombudsman
Azerbaijan has continued its targeting of the civilian population in Artsakh today, shelling several settlements, particularly in Martakert, Martuni, and Hadrut.
The staff of the Human Rights Defender reported credible information that Nver Bargev Grigoryan, an employee of Artsakhenergo, was killed due to indiscriminate shelling in the city of Martakert while performing his work duties.
Since September 27, the number of civilian casualties due to Azerbaijani aggression has reached 32, reported the Artsakh Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan.
