Civilian Infrastructure Targeted in Shahumyan, Martakert, and Hadrut
On October 10, the ceasefire agreement reached between the conflicting parties was violated by Azerbaijan during the night. Specifically, civilian infrastructure was targeted with various types of weaponry in the directions of Shahumyan, Martakert, and Hadrut regions.
No casualties have been reported.
