It should be noted that on September 27, Azerbaijani armed forces launched a large-scale attack in Artsakh, also targeting the civilian population.

The adversary has suffered over 5,489 casualties. On the Armenian side, preliminary data shows 555 fatalities.

The Azerbaijani armed forces have also targeted military and civilian infrastructure in Artsakh and the Republic of Armenia, resulting in the deaths of 2 civilians in Gegharkunik, 32 civilians in Artsakh, and 106 civilians injured. Preliminary estimates indicate serious damage to more than 6,700 private properties, over 640 vehicles, and approximately 1,110 infrastructure, public, and production facilities.

Journalists from both foreign and local media have been injured due to Azerbaijani shelling.

A state of emergency was declared in Armenia and Artsakh on September 27. A ceasefire took effect at 12:00 PM on October 10; however, the Azerbaijani armed forces conducted diversionary operations and shelled civilian settlements in Artsakh after the ceasefire.
