Azerbaijan's Armed Forces Adopt New Strategy in Recent Days, Says Artsrun Hovhannisyan

The adversary has not made any significant progress, despite the fact that in recent days Azerbaijan's Armed Forces have adopted the following strategy: conducting reconnaissance and sabotage operations with rapid infiltrations in various areas near the battlefront and carrying out informational actions by displaying flags on different buildings. These actions are aimed primarily at influencing both their own society and ours psychologically.
