Azerbaijani Forces Kill At Least 4 Civilians After Ceasefire Agreement
Azerbaijan has employed precision long-range missiles and weapons against the civilian population. This was stated today by Artsakh's Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan during a meeting with journalists.
"It is evident that the Azerbaijani Armed Forces had a pronounced intention to strike and inflict casualties on the civilian population," he noted.
Beglaryan reported that since the ceasefire agreement came into effect, Azerbaijani armed forces have killed at least 5 civilians in Artsakh. He specified that on the afternoon of October 10, members of a diversionary group that infiltrated the city of Hadrut shot at least four civilians, including Anahit Movsisyan and her son Misha Movsisyan, who has disabilities, as well as Nver Grigoryan and Artyom Mirzoyan.
Beglaryan added that preliminary information indicates there may be more casualties among civilians in Hadrut, and circumstances are still being investigated.
