25 Casualties in Artsakh Due to Targeting of Civilian Population, Ombudsman Reports
The Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, stated during a meeting with journalists today, "As a result of targeting the civilian population, we have a total of 25 casualties, including 9 women and 1 child, along with at least 102 injured."
