Bishop Pargavyan, during a press conference held at the Artsakh Information Center, addressed the recent rocket attack by barbaric enemies on the Holy Ghazanchetsots Church in Shushi, stating that the enemy's methods are not new to us; the enemy has not changed in 30 years.

Even at our Holy Savior Church in Gyulistan, when some of our Shahnazarians could not escape, they beheaded 7 people and threw them on the altar, then blew up the dome. It’s the same methodology — the hand of barbarians and terrorists. We see that the terrorists destroy all spiritual and cultural monuments; they are barbarians, and this is understandable and perceptible for us. We have not touched the mosques; we even renovated the mosque in Shushi with our abilities,’” said the Bishop, pausing for a moment so that the journalists present at the press conference could hear that the city was being shelled at that very moment.
