Exclusive Footage from Shushi: Injured Journalists Rescued from Bombed Ghazanchetsots Church

The "ArmNews" filming crew was present today at the Saint Ghazanchetsots Church when civilians evacuated injured journalists from the bombed church.

The crew showcases and narrates the condition of the Saint Ghazanchetsots Church in Shushi after enemy shelling. Along with local residents, the crew members assist in bringing the injured closer to a vehicle, which then transports them to the hospital.

It should be noted that "ArmNews" commentator Lilit Tumanyan had earlier informed on her Facebook page that they narrowly escaped the Azerbaijani forces' shelling.

She mentioned that when the Azerbaijani forces struck the Saint Ghazanchetsots Church in Shushi during the day, the filming crew decided to head to Shushi, but had to stop because 2-3 strike UAVs were circling in the sky. Soon after, the sound of a UAV strike was heard.

“We managed to get into a nearby cellar. We took a breath, then headed to Shushi... approaching the church coincided with the second bomb strike. If it weren't for the drones and the delay caused by them, we would have been caught in the middle... God saved us. At that moment, there were other journalists in the church, Russians... all three were injured. We helped one of them out of the church,” she wrote.
