At the Time of the Strike, There Were Children and Women in the Church Basement

Azerbaijan has struck the Ghazanchetsots Holy Savior Cathedral, a symbol of Shushi city, reported Armenia's Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan on his Facebook page, adding that at the time of the strike, there were children and women in the church basement.

He noted that there are no military objects in the vicinity of the church and nothing close to military targets. The strikes also caused damage to residential houses. According to Tatoyan, this has also been confirmed by the Artsakh Human Rights Defender.

"This is a clear indication of war crimes and terrorist acts," wrote Tatoyan.
