Video: On the Frontline of Homeland Defense

On the frontline of homeland defense: The Defense Army has released a video.

It is reminded that on September 27, the Azerbaijani armed forces began a large-scale attack in Artsakh, targeting also the peaceful population.

As of October 6, the Artsakh forces have shot down 16 helicopters, 17 airplanes, 126 unmanned aerial vehicles, 379 units of armored vehicles, mainly tanks, 82 motor vehicles, 10 armored personnel carriers, one TOS-1A heavy flamethrower system, 4 Smerch and 1 Uragan multiple rocket launcher systems.

The adversary has suffered over 3,454 casualties and more than 5,270 wounded. On the Armenian side, preliminary data indicates there are 251 fatalities.

The Azerbaijani armed forces have also targeted military and civilian infrastructure in Artsakh and the Republic of Armenia, resulting in the deaths of 2 civilians in Gegharkunik, injuries to 80 civilians in Artsakh, 19 fatalities, and damage to nearly 2,700 properties and infrastructures.

Journalists from both foreign and local media have been injured as a result of the Azerbaijani shelling. A state of war was declared in Armenia and Artsakh on September 27.
