Nomads Know Little of Culture; We Will Rebuild, Says Minister of Education

The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Armenia, Arayik Harutyunyan, has addressed the shelling of Shushi, which has damaged the House of Culture. "We will rebuild it regardless. What do nomads know of culture to preserve a House of Culture? It is clear now what plans they have concerning Artsakh," he stated.

This building in Shushi hosted the inauguration ceremony of the President of Artsakh. The upcoming presidential inauguration ceremony of Artsakh will also take place here after the next elections. "Do not doubt it," he added.
