Effects of Azerbaijani shelling. The Armenian Unified Information Center has released another photo from the shelled Stepanakert. It is noted that since early morning, Azerbaijan has resumed shelling of Stepanakert. According to Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan, the Azerbaijani terrorist army has fired more than a hundred missiles towards the capital Stepanakert alone from the "Smerch" system.
In the early morning of September 27, Azerbaijan, in violation of all international obligations, launched an attack towards Artsakh with the direct participation of the Turkish army and terrorists brought in from the Middle East. During this time, both Artsakh and Armenian settlements have been shelled repeatedly, resulting in numerous casualties and injuries among the civilian population, destruction of dozens of buildings, and significant damage to civilian infrastructure.
The Armenian Armed Forces are engaged in heroic and tenacious battles against the enemy, inflicting severe losses on their manpower and equipment. A state of war has been declared in Armenia and Artsakh as of September 27.
