If We Return to Negotiations, I Believe Artsakh Should Be a Party to the Talks, Says Speaker of Artsakh Parliament
"If you want to speak to us in the language of war, weapons, cannons, and aircraft, we will respond in the same language," stated Arthur Tovmasyan, the Speaker of the Artsakh Parliament, during a press conference.
"However, if there is a desire to return to peaceful negotiation processes, I believe that the format established after the Budapest summit should be restored, where the authorities of Artsakh participated as a party in the negotiations. Only the people of Artsakh have the right to determine their fate, supported by Armenia and the Diaspora," he added.
