In recent days, there have been circulating rumors within certain circles of our society regarding the possibility of a trial air alarm signal. This was stated by Minister of Emergency Situations Felix Tsolakyan on his Facebook page.

He officially announced, "At this moment, there is no need to issue an air alarm signal, but if necessary, it will not be trial, but real." The Ministry of Emergency Situations has all the necessary means of notification to inform the population about an 'Air Alarm' in a timely manner.

If needed, notifications will be carried out through electric warning systems, short SMS messages sent to mobile phones, and mass media outlets.

I urge everyone to rely solely on official information. Despite the fact that there is no current necessity, I especially encourage our compatriots in border areas to refresh their knowledge by recalling the simplest rules of behavior during an Air Alarm.
