The President of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, has awarded Colonel Shakaryan the highest title of 'Hero of Artsakh'. Shakaryan is one of the frontline fighters of the Artsakh liberation struggle. He has thwarted numerous enemy tank and infantry assaults, inflicting significant losses on them. 'Mr. Shakaryan, the entire nation respects you and values your heroism. You are a true hero of Artsakh.'

By the decree of President Arayik Harutyunyan, Yura Alikaram Alaverdyan has also been awarded the title of 'Hero of Artsakh'. Alaverdyan destroyed 9 enemy tanks and one unit of automotive equipment in the Karakhanbi and Fizuli regions. He is a private soldier.

According to President Arayik Harutyunyan's decree, Edgar Edward Martirosyan has been awarded the title of 'Hero of Artsakh' as well. Martirosyan hit 10 tanks in the Talish direction, firmly holding the position entrusted to him. Notably, Martirosyan is also a private soldier.

Additionally, Davit Lyovai Grigoryan has been awarded the title of 'Hero of Artsakh' by the decree of President Arayik Harutyunyan. Grigoryan has actively participated in combat operations since September 27, managing to destroy 15 tanks and one BMP in the Karakhanbi and Fizuli areas. 'He continues to serve his homeland, remaining on the frontline.' Notably, Grigoryan is a private soldier as well.
