Video: Araik Harutyunyan Awards Legendary Commander Karen Jalavyan the Title of 'Hero of Artsakh'

The President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, has awarded legendary commander Karen Jalavyan the title of 'Hero of Artsakh' at a command post of the Defense Army. Harutyunyan announced this through a radio message to military personnel stationed in various parts of the front line.

"This decision was made taking into account his personal achievements and the heroic feats displayed by the units under his command, as well as his significant contribution to the defense of the Fatherland. Long live the Armenian army! Long live our people, who give birth to heroic sons," wrote the President of Artsakh.
