The Chief of Staff of Azerbaijan's Armed Forces is on the Run

The Telegram channel "WarGonzo," citing its sources in Istanbul, reports that Turkish generals have dismissed Najmeddin Sadikov, the Chief of Staff of Azerbaijan's Armed Forces. According to the information, he is on the run.

"There is information that he is in hiding. Sadikov hails from Derbend and is considered a national hero in his homeland. His mother is a mountain Jew named Tamara. The Chief of Staff does not speak about his relatives, which is why Turkish counterintelligence started to pay attention to him.

About a month ago, Sadikov had an argument with arriving Turkish advisors. He even made sharp comments about the Azerbaijani authorities, saying, 'If we are handing the army over to the Turks, should we perhaps give them our wives as well?' during a consultation.

Sadikov has not been seen in Russia; even his closest relatives cannot establish contact with him," the channel writes.
