Roaming with Artsakh Reduced to 5 Drams

The mobile network operator in Artsakh, "Karabakh Telecom" LLC, has announced a partial restoration of its network, increased capacity, and discussions with three Armenian operators that have led to a decision to reduce roaming tariffs.

Starting from October 1, 2020, at 18:00, the inbound roaming rate on the "Karabakh Telecom" network (previously 14 drams) and the outbound rate to all networks in Armenia (previously 28 drams), as well as calls to mobile and fixed numbers within "Karabakh Telecom" (previously 28 drams), will be set at 5 drams per minute.

The rate for SMS messages will also be 5 drams.

This tariff announcement will remain effective until further notice.
