In Case of Serious Conflict in Artsakh, Armenians Will Prevail: Former NATO Commander

The former commander of NATO forces in Europe declared the superiority of the Armenian army, stating that based on intelligence during his tenure, Armenians would win in case of a serious conflict in Artsakh.

“During my four years at NATO, the Azerbaijanis began slow military attacks, which the Armenians easily repelled. Our intelligence assessments indicated that Armenians would almost certainly win if they faced a serious conflict. The Russian Federation supplied weapons and trained both sides. In fact, the Russians had a somewhat calming effect,” James Stavridis was quoted by Bloomberg.
