First Time Since Azerbaijan's Attack: Spokesman for Artsakh President Has Positive News from the Front
On the night following the Azerbaijani attack on September 27, relative calm prevailed along the entire front line for the first time, with the exception of a few skirmishes. However, the operational situation is currently relatively stable, as the war continues.
This was announced during a press briefing by Vahram Poghosyan, spokesman for the President of Artsakh.
