Azerbaijan Violates the Right to Life of Artsakh's Population, OMPL Presents Observation Points

Several conclusions have been drawn. FIRST. The Azerbaijani armed forces continue to deliberately target civilian populations and objects. SECOND. Azerbaijan is violating the right to life of the population of Artsakh. THIRD. The bodies of our servicemen under the control of the Azerbaijani armed forces are in danger. FOURTH. The recent atrocities committed by the Azerbaijani armed forces are profoundly based on a state policy of hatred towards Armenians. FIFTH. Azerbaijan is intensively using prohibited weaponry and forbidden methods of warfare. We already have certain facts from official sources in Armenia and Artsakh, as well as through international media, that Syrian mercenaries are fighting against us in Azerbaijan. Thus, there is a threat of a humanitarian crisis in the region. SIXTH. Azerbaijan widely employs methodologies of terror that are prohibited by international humanitarian law. SEVENTH. Military aggression has commenced and continues during the COVID-19 pandemic, against the calls of the international community for restraint. EIGHTH. Tens of thousands of people have become internally displaced refugees.
