A Turkish General with Libyan Experience Manages Turkish Drones in Azerbaijan, Cypriot Source Reports

According to a noteworthy report by the Cypriot analytical center “Geopolitical Cyprus,” the operations of Turkish Bayraktar TB-2 strike drones on the Artsakh front are being coordinated by Turkish General Goksel Kahya, who previously managed the use of drones in Libya as well. While this information certainly requires further verification, other facts also support its credibility. For instance, on August 13 of this year, Ilham Aliyev received a delegation led by Turkey's Minister of Defense, which also included General Kahya.
