“Dear fellow countrymen, the Defense Army continues to confidently fulfill its combat mission, failing enemy assaults on all fronts. Under the confident command of Minister of Defense Jalal Harutyunyan, our troops are effectively carrying out the sacred mission of defending the Fatherland,” wrote the President.
