Prime Minister Pashinyan drew attention to Turkey's unconstructive position and reiterated the unacceptable involvement of that country in military operations. President Michel emphasized the importance of establishing a ceasefire promptly and resuming the peace process within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group.
