Macron Plans to Discuss Situation in Nagorno-Karabakh with Putin and Trump
RIA Novosti reports that French President Emmanuel Macron has announced his intention to hold phone talks regarding the military operations in Nagorno-Karabakh with Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump.
“I will speak with President Putin this evening, and tomorrow I believe I will speak with President Trump to exchange views and propose ways to exit the crisis,” said Macron.
It is important to note that on the morning of September 27, the Azerbaijani side, violating all possible international agreements and with the active support of the Turkish army, launched an attack along the entire line of contact with Artsakh, using all types of weaponry at their disposal, including air force. The Azerbaijani army also shelled the state border of the Republic of Armenia.
After fierce battles, the Armenian armed forces managed to thwart the main objectives of the enemy and continue to develop successes to push the adversary back. Fighting continues.
