Cash Transfers to Artsakh

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Artsakh has received alerts that various individuals and organizations are organizing fundraising efforts to assist Artsakh. The ministry states, "We officially announce that only the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Artsakh and the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund are empowered to do so on behalf of the Republic of Artsakh. Those wishing to help Artsakh should adhere solely to the announcements and provided account numbers of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Artsakh and the Republic of Armenia. In all other cases, we urge not to make any monetary transfers."

Additionally, the information headquarters of Artsakh informs that as of September 30, over 250 million dram and 10 million USD have been raised.
