Azerbaijan Transfers Air Command of Offensive Operation Against Artsakh to Turkey
The Republic of Azerbaijan has transferred the air command of the offensive operation against the Republic of Artsakh to the Turkish Air Force.
Starting from 10:00 today, two F-16 fighters of the Turkish Air Force, operating from Qyurdamir, along with Azerbaijani SU-25 attack aircraft and Bayraktar reconnaissance-strike UAVs, have been conducting missile and bomb strikes on the settlements in the Hadrut and Martuni regions of the Republic of Artsakh from high altitudes.
The air force is operating under the management of a Turkish E7-T airborne early warning and control aircraft from the Erzurum-Kars area. It is likely that the command of the Turkish Air Force is aboard the aircraft. Additionally, a Turkish UAV command center operates at a certain depth from the border of the Hadrut region, directly overseeing the fire of Azerbaijani strike aircraft.
The aforementioned information is being monitored in real-time and recorded from the unified command post of air defense and aviation. Objective monitoring materials will be presented soon.
