Armenian Government Submits Additional Information to ECHR on Recent Developments of September 30

In response to the European Court of Human Rights' decision on September 29, as well as in addition to the previous information submitted by the Armenian Government, the government has sent additional details regarding recent developments to the ECHR today.

Specifically, facts have been presented to the ECHR concerning the targeting of the civilian population and civilian objects in the cities of Stepanakert and Martakert of the Republic of Artsakh on September 30.

It is noteworthy that yesterday, the European Court of Human Rights had made a decision to apply interim measures based on the Armenian Government's request.
