Absurd Examples of Opponent's Disinformation: Hovhannes Movsisyan

Hovhannes Movsisyan, the director of the Government's Information-Analytical Center, writes on his Facebook page: "Two absurd examples of opponent's disinformation: Yesterday, they posted a photo of a Serbian actor, claiming he is a mercenary from the Armenian side. The Serbian actor was forced to personally deny and state that they used a still from his film.
