Your Help is Important, but It Must Be Targeted. Artzruni Hovhannisyan

The former spokesperson of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, Artzruni Hovhannisyan, wrote on his Facebook page: "Dear compatriots, the various aids you organize must be coordinated with local self-government bodies, emergency situations departments, and other state institutions. Your heartfelt assistance is extremely important, but it needs to be targeted. For instance, there is no point in collecting food at this time. Our troops do not have a food problem."
