Vahram Poghosyan Urges Armenian Ambassador in Russia Not to Exhibit Unprofessional Behavior

Vahram Poghosyan, the spokesperson for the President of Artsakh, has made a statement on his Facebook page. He said, “Instead of making baseless statements, it would be better to engage in constructive work, especially since there is a lot to do these days. I urge the Armenian Ambassador in Russia not to exhibit unprofessional and diplomatically inappropriate behavior. Although not much is visible from Moscow to Artsakh, one should at least maintain clarity in perception.”
