Turkey is implementing direct aggression against Armenia. This was stated by the representative of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, Artur Hovhannisyan, on his Facebook page.

On the morning of September 27, Azerbaijan began active shelling along the entire length of the contact line with Artsakh. Civilian settlements, including the capital Stepanakert, were also shelled. As a result of Azerbaijan's attack, 4 civilians have been killed: 2 children, 1 woman, and 1 man.
