Robert Kocharian is Departing for Artsakh
The second president of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, is departing for Artsakh. This news was reported to Aysor.am by Kocharian's office manager, Viktor Sogomonian.
It should be noted that a court session concerning Kocharian and others was scheduled to take place today; however, it has been postponed. Former Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan is also heading to Artsakh.
