Photos: Azerbaijan Fires Grad 122mm Shell at Residential Area of Stepanakert During First Minutes of Attack
In the first minutes of a large-scale attack against Artsakh, Azerbaijan launched a Grad 122mm shell at a residential area in Stepanakert, directly adjacent to a kindergarten and a school. Footage from the scene has been released by the Artsakh Information Headquarters.
Earlier, images were released showing the shelling of a residential home in Stepanakert, located near the offices of the International Committee of the Red Cross and The HALO Trust organization.
It should be noted that on September 27, around 07:15, Azerbaijan commenced an attack along the entire line of contact of the Artsakh-Azerbaijan conflict, using artillery and strike drones, targeting even settlements located deep in the rear. Since that day, a state of emergency has been declared in both the Republic of Armenia and Artsakh.
Currently, Azerbaijan is shelling the villages in the Vardenis region of Armenia, resulting in the death of one civilian.
