Only the Artsakh Ministry of Finance and the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund Can Organize Fundraising on Behalf of Artsakh

The Ministry of Finance of Artsakh reports that only the Ministry of Finance of Artsakh and the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund have the authority to organize fundraising activities to assist Artsakh.

"Dear compatriots, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Artsakh has received reports that various individuals and organizations are organizing fundraising events to support Artsakh. We officially declare that only the Ministry of Finance of Artsakh and the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund are authorized to act on behalf of Artsakh in this capacity. Those wishing to help Artsakh should rely solely on the announcements and bank account details provided by the Ministry of Finance of Artsakh and the Hayastan Fund. In all other cases, we urge that no monetary transfers be made."
