Mikael Harutyunyan Appeals to Armenian Leadership to Visit Armenia and Travel to Artsakh
The former Minister of Defense of Armenia, General-Major Mikael Harutyunyan, has appealed to the leadership of the Republic of Armenia, seeking permission to come to Armenia and travel to Artsakh. However, he has not yet received a response. This was stated by the former Minister of Defense himself to 168.am.
