Enemy Targets Civilian Population with Grad and Smerch Systems, Other Weapons Not Disclosed: Deputy Commander of Artsakh Defense Army

Armenian deputy military commander Artur Sargsyan reported during a briefing at the Artsakh Information Headquarters that weapon systems used to strike civilian targets include the Grad and Smerch systems. He confirmed that these had been deployed against the civilian population.

Addressing the question about reports of other types of armaments also being used against civilians, he stated that the use of Grad and Smerch systems is confirmed. He added, “There are other types of weapons that cannot be disclosed.”

In response to inquiries regarding Turkey's involvement, he indicated that there is a “Turkish signature” present in these military operations.
