Criminal Case Opened for Shelling of Stepanakert, Askeran, Martakert, and Hadrut

The Investigative Committee of the Republic of Artsakh has announced that a criminal case has been initiated due to the aggressive military actions of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The decision was made by the Committee's head on September 27, 2020. This case addresses the shelling of Stepanakert, Askeran, Martuni, Martakert, Hadrut, and surrounding settlements, which resulted in human and property losses.
