There is currently a communication problem in Artsakh - prepaid systems, postpaid mobile internet, and SMS are not functioning. Media security expert Samvel Martirosyan announced this on his Facebook page.

"There is currently a communication problem in Artsakh - prepaid systems, postpaid mobile internet, and SMS are not functioning. The reason is targeted actions by Azerbaijan. Specialists from 'Karabakh Telecom' and the manufacturing company are working to resolve the issue. So, don't be too worried," he wrote.
