Saudi Arabia has imposed a ban on all goods imported from Turkey, according to Lenta.ru. It is reported that Riyadh is pressuring local organizations not to engage in trade with Turkey. Saudi Arabia has promised to fine any organization that disregards this order.

It is also reported that the implementation of such measures will deliver a powerful blow to Turkey's already weakened economy. Exports to Saudi Arabia bring hundreds of millions of dollars to Turkey.
