Call for All Excavator, Crane, and Bulldozer Operators Over Age 50 in Artsakh to Report to Ministry

The Ministry of Urban Development of the Republic of Artsakh has urged all excavator operators, crane operators, bulldozer operators, and individuals proficient in other construction machinery residing in the region and aged 50 and above to report to the ministry. This announcement was made by the Ministry of Urban Development.

It is important to note that Azerbaijan has initiated an offensive towards Artsakh, resulting in casualties among both military personnel and civilians. A state of emergency and mobilization has been declared in Artsakh and Armenia.
