Arsen Torosyan Travels to Artsakh
Health Minister Arsen Torosyan is heading to Artsakh. He informed about this on his Twitter microblog.
The purpose is to get acquainted with the full picture of emergency medical assistance on the spot.
“As a result of Azerbaijani aggression, more than 100 injured servicemen and civilians have been transferred to medical centers in Yerevan,” the post states.
