A New Operational Headquarters Established in Artsakh

By the order of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, an operational headquarters has been established to coordinate the backend activities of state agencies with the Artsakh Defense Army. The headquarters will be led by the State Minister Grigori Martirosyan.

The operational headquarters includes the Ministers of Agriculture, Economy and Production Infrastructures, Territorial Administration and Development, as well as the Director of the State Emergency Service.
